It has only been five months since Will Ottenwalder joined MMI Industrial and Steel as a Semiconductor Project Engineer. Yet, he is already making a noticeable mark within the organization. Originally from Long Island, New York, Will is embracing the Arizona heat and the hard work it requires break into a new industry.
In his role as support for many different projects, Will has learned a lot through his daily responsibilities. He works diligently to ensure not only his own personal success, but the success of others by seeking to gain as much skill and knowledge as possible. With a strong interest in technology, Will is excited about the projects he is involved in, but what he enjoys most about being with MMI is the people. When asked Will stated, “Everyone I have met, from our frontline shop and field crews to the executive suite, has been welcoming and an open source of knowledge.”

“When I think of honorable, I envision a life lived with unwavering integrity, a steadfast commitment to truth, and a deep respect for others. It's about standing firm in your convictions, even when the winds of opposition are strong. It's about choosing the harder right over the easier wrong, not for recognition or reward, but because it's the right thing to do. Being honorable means treating every interaction as an opportunity to demonstrate respect, kindness, and fairness. It's about holding ourselves accountable, admitting when we're wrong, and striving to learn and grow from our mistakes. It's about living each day with the intention of leaving the world a little better than we found it. To me, being honorable is not just a way of acting, it's a way of being, a way of life. It's the guiding light that illuminates our path, leading us towards a life of purpose, fulfillment, and true success.”
