At MMI Industrial and Steel, we count ourselves incredibly fortunate to have the team that we do. One of our valued team members is Assistant Fabrication Manager, Alex Zarate. Alex has been with MMI for 14 years. He demonstrates his commitment to MMI and his job daily, striving not only to work, but to live by our 4H Core Values. The MMI core value that resonates most with Alex is HAPPY. When asked what it means to him, Alex stated, "Happiness is something you must manage on your own. To be happy you need to start by liking yourself for who you are... Happiness also comes from when people go to work, and you know you put 100% effort into what you are doing.
