This is the Sun Lakes Palo Verde Clubhouse shade canopy. We were contracted by Farnsworth Construction to fabricate and install a trellis style canopy on the south side of the clubhouse. Retired people can’t get sunburned so they needed more shade to hide under during their long cocktail hours. J J/K The canopy was constructed using 6” x 12” rolled tube steel and 12” Z - purlin louvers installed at a 45 degree angle and rotated 60 degrees making installation a nice challenge. Access was tricky on this one. The adjacent putting green forced us to erect the entire structure with our spider crane.
